In partnership with the Obion River Regional Libraries, this event transforms Dinosaur Hall into a vibrant hub of literacy-focused activities designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Guests will explore booths hosted by libraries from across Northwest Tennessee, each offering hands-on activities that encourage children to engage with stories in new and exciting ways. This year’s theme, “Unearth a Story,” invites participants to dig into the world of books through imaginative play, interactive storytelling and connections with local library resources. McWherter Weakley County Library – Dresden -Sharon Public Library Storybook Stroll is part of Discovery Park of America’s educational programming that promotes literacy and lifelong learning by partnering with community organizations to make reading engaging and accessible for all ages. This event is free for children who participate in their local library’s summer reading program. Tickets must be obtained through participating libraries and presented at the front ticket counter on the day of the event. Discovery Park does not distribute tickets.
